Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Currentform LLC, doing business as Currentform Studio (“Currentform Studio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, shares, and protects information about you when you visit currentformstudio.com (the “Site”), work with us as a client, communicate with us, or receive text messages (SMS) from us (together, the “Services”).

By using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide to us

We collect information you choose to give us, for example when you contact us, become a client, or agree to receive text messages. This may include:

• Contact details: your name, email address, mobile phone number, company name, and job title.
• Project information: details about your business, project requirements, files, and feedback you share with us.
• Communications: the content of emails, messages, and other correspondence you send us.
• Billing information: billing contact and invoicing details. Payment card data is handled by our payment processors, not stored by us.

SMS information

If you opt in to text messages, we collect your mobile phone number, a record of your consent (including the date, time, and method of opt-in), the content of messages exchanged, and message delivery status.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, our hosting provider may automatically log standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, pages requested, and the date and time of your visit. The Site does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

2. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, manage, and deliver our Services and client projects.
• Communicate with you about your use of our AI assistant, your account, and our Services, including customer-care text messages where you have consented.
• Respond to your inquiries and support requests.
• Send invoices and administer our business relationship.
• Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site and Services.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

3. SMS / text messaging

Currentform Studio may send text messages to users who have opted in. Messages are customer-care messages related to the Currentform Studio AI assistant and your account interactions, such as responses to your requests, assistant notifications, and account-related communications. • Opt-in: You opt in by providing your mobile number to us and expressly agreeing to receive text messages from Currentform Studio, for example in writing, by email, or in a form. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
• Frequency: Message frequency varies based on user activity.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
• Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive one final message confirming your opt-out.
• Help: Reply HELP for help, or email privacy@currentformstudio.com.
• Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data and consent with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except with service providers (such as our SMS delivery provider) that process it solely to deliver messages on our behalf.

4. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following limited circumstances:

• Service providers: with vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as website hosting, email, SMS delivery, and invoicing, and who are contractually required to use your information only to provide those services to us.
• Legal requirements: when required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
• Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our business, subject to this policy.
• With your consent: in any other case where you have directed or consented to the sharing.

None of the above categories includes sharing SMS opt-in data or consent with third parties for their marketing purposes.

5. Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including to provide our Services, maintain business and tax records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it.

6. How we protect your information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Request access to the personal information we hold about you.
• Request that we correct inaccurate information.
• Request that we delete your personal information.
• Withdraw consent, including opting out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.

Residents of certain U.S. states, such as California, may have additional rights under applicable state privacy laws. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@currentformstudio.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

8. Children’s privacy

Our Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated as required by law.
